These three words have always stood out for me, throughout all different phases in my life. I think they speak so well to the most fundamental things that apply to taking care of ourselves (aka “self care”).

As life continues to move and change, so do we. When we stay grounded, present with ourselves and our experience, we can recognize what we need/want and show up for ourselves.
