About me
Hey! I’m Krystina, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe health is our biggest asset, and nutrition is one of the most impactful components of our health and wellness. It’s one of the tools we can use to lower the risk of, or manage, different conditions. Personally, nutrition was an area I always felt a bit lost on. I tried all the fad diets, all the supplements and protein powders, points programs, etc. Nothing ever lasted or really made me feel good, overall. That’s what drew me to get my nutrition coaching certification about 6 years ago. It was an opportunity to learn about something that still felt so unknown to me.
At the time, my career focus was elsewhere, and nutrition coaching was something I did in my spare time for myself, friends, and family. Last year, I made a change. I had hit some career milestones and was feeling pretty great about how far I’d come, and yet.. it wasn’t working. So, I decided it was time to build something for myself. I soon began to re-focus on coaching. I started working with more one-on-one clients, dove into Level 2 Master Coaching training at PN, and haven’t looked back.
I spent 17 years climbing the proverbial corporate ladder, working in learning and development and HR technology. Most of those years were spent in the healthcare and wellness industries. In that time, I became a certified yoga teacher (RYT), teaching studio classes and working with people 1:1. The shift to focus my time on nutrition and health coaching has felt like a natural next step, as if all of the pieces came together.
My experience in development and HR has given me the skills to understand individual needs and foster growth.
Teaching yoga has taught me so much about the body and about life.
Working in the wellness industry has afforded me the opportunity to learn from, and train with, some amazing people at the top of the game.
Starting in healthcare instilled in me a deep belief that we all deserve to have our health. To be healthy, or to be taken care of when in need, should not be a privilege only some are afforded. It’s a basic human right, just as food and water are basic human needs. I’m driven to support and advocate for all of us.
What I do
My goal as a coach is to help you restore balance; balance of nutrition, movement, time, energy. We work together, adapting to what you need most for longevity of health and well-being. I am here to support you as you tune-in to your needs and show up for yourself.
Why I do it
I believe our health and well-being are aspects of life we all deserve to prioritize. Coaching gives me the chance to help others make meaningful change and impact in their lives.
