About me

Hey! I’m Krystina, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Nutrition is one of the most impactful components of our “health and wellness,” and one of the tools we can use to lower risks, prevent, or manage different diseases or conditions. Personally, it was an area I always felt a bit lost on.  I tried all the fad diets, all the supplements and protein powders, points programs, etc.  Nothing ever lasted or really made me feel good, overall.  That’s what drew me to get my nutrition coaching certification about 6 years ago.  It was an opportunity to learn about something that still felt so unknown to me.

At the time, my career focus was elsewhere, and nutrition coaching was something I pursued in my spare time for myself, friends, and family. Last year, I made a change. I hit a major career milestone and felt pretty great about how far I’d come, then I chose to walk away. It was one of the most challenging decisions of my adult life. Initially, I knew I needed to make this change for myself, but it soon became about refocusing on coaching. I started working with clients one-on-one, dove into Level 2 Master Coaching training at PN, and haven’t looked back.  

I spent 17 years climbing the proverbial corporate ladder, focusing on learning and development as well as HR technology. Most of that time was in the healthcare and fitness/wellness industries.  Over those years, I also became a certified yoga teacher (RYT). I taught studio classes and worked with people 1:1.  Deciding to focus full time on nutrition and health coaching felt like a natural next step, as if all of the pieces came together.

My experience in development and HR has given me the skills to understand individual needs and foster growth.

Teaching yoga has taught me so much about the body and about life.

Working in the wellness industry has afforded me the opportunity to learn from, and train with, some amazing people at the top of the game.

Starting in healthcare instilled in me a deep belief that having our health is something we are all deserving of. To be healthy or to be taken care of when sick should not be a privilege only some are afforded. It’s a basic human right, just as food and water are basic human needs.


What I do

My goal as a coach is to help you restore balance; balance of food, movement, time, energy. We work together, adapting to what you need most for longevity of health and well-being.  I am here to support you as you tune-in to your needs and show up for yourself.

Why I do it

I believe to be in good health is something we are all deserving of. Coaching gives me the chance to help others make meaningful change and impact in their lives.
